| TRAN & TRAN, P.C. is one of the few Vietnamese and
woman owned law firms in the United States of America. The firm was started by Phong
(Jacques) N. Tran, Esquire and Charlotte L. Tran, Esquire in 1992 after both attorneys
having had obtained separate diversifying legal experiences. Phong N. Tran, Esquire spent
over three years practicing law with the law firm POTTER ANDERSON & CORROON of
Wilmington, Delaware before joining Charlotte L. Tran, Esquire in 1992, who up to that
time was practicing law as a solo practitioner after having had legal clerkship
experiences with two judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey. The firm concentrates its
law practice in the tri state areas of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware in Civil
Litigation (primarily Personal Injury), Immigration, Business & Commercial Law, Real
Estate, and all matters involving trades with Viet Nam. The firm has its primary office in
Mount Laurel, New Jersey and also maintains a smaller office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
and an affiliation office in Wilmington, Delaware. Phong N. Tran, Esquire is licensed by
the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Delaware,
Court of Appeals of the District of Washingtn, D.C., United States Third Circuit Court of
Appeals, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States
District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for
the District of Delaware. In addition, Mr. Tran is also certified as a Certified Public
Accountant by the both State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tran
is also a former Chartered Bank Auditor, a former Certified Information System Auditor,
and has over 8 years of extensive computer, auditing, and corporate experiences with large
fortune 500 corporations and banks before becoming licensed as an attorney. Mr. Tran
currently practices extensively in the state courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and
Delaware and federal courts in the three states and with Immigration and Naturalization
Service. Mr. Tran is currently a member of the bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware,
Washington, D.C. and all the federal courts listed above. Charlotte L. Tran, Esquire has
over 15 years of experience in various non-law positions before becoming an attorney
including work on Wall Street, New York City as an Account Executive with Brown Brothers
Herriman, a New York brokerage firm, and work as an accounting manager. Charlotte L. Tran,
Esquire also has a Master in Business Administration degree. She is also licensed as an
attorney in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. She has had experiences in
veterinary malpractice and animal welfare as well as matrimonial law. |
